• Any details you include when you email us.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To send you event invites and community updates — based on your consent, given when you tick the sign-up box.
• To reply to your enquiries — based on our legitimate interest in responding to you.

Who helps us process it

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Lovable — website hosting.
• Supabase — stores the sign-up list.
• Meetup — if you join through our Meetup group (their own privacy terms also apply).

Some providers may process data outside the EU or UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

How long we keep it

We keep your sign-up details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under data protection law you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent at any time, and request a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email hello@ffcmalaga.com. You also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority — in Spain the AEPD (www.aepd.es), in the UK the ICO (www.ico.org.uk).
